Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ProofPilot, a service for collecting customer testimonials and turning them into walls, image cards and post captions. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Trial and subscriptions

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, access to the dashboard requires a paid Starter ($15/month) or Pro ($39/month) subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel from the billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.

Your content and testimonials

You keep ownership of the testimonials, text and images you collect or import. You give ProofPilot permission to store, display and process them in order to provide the service, including generating wall pages, image cards and captions.

You are responsible for having the right to use every testimonial you publish. Only approve or import testimonials where the author has consented, and only import reviews you are entitled to reuse. Do not submit fabricated testimonials or present them as real.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
  • No attempts to disrupt or probe the service, or to bypass limits.
  • No automated mass submission to public request forms.

AI-generated captions

Captions are drafted by AI from your testimonial text and may contain errors. Review and edit them before posting. You are responsible for what you publish.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
