Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 7-day trial needs only an email. After it ends you choose Starter or Pro.
Is there a free plan?
No. The trial is free, then it is $15 or $39 a month.
Can customers see each other's submissions?
No. Submissions are private until you approve them, and only approved ones appear on the wall or in cards.
Are the captions made up?
No. Every caption quotes the testimonial you approved word for word. Where AI drafting is available it only writes the framing around the quote, and anything that changes the quote is thrown away for a plain template. You review and edit before posting anything.
What about the "Made with ProofPilot" credit?
Starter shows a small credit on cards and the wall. Pro removes it.
Can I import reviews I already have?
Yes: CSV, Judge.me, or paste them one by one. Only import praise you have the right to use.
